I could write a book regarding Sal's professionalism and just his general overall work ethic because he is just that good. We heard about him through family and friends in the area that we were looking to buy a house and he was quickly on board helping us find the "perfect" place for us meeting all of our needs. He wasted no time in setting up schedules and days that fit into our plan, for us to travel down to the area we wanted to move to, for us to do walkthroughs of the homes we wished to see. After only two trips, we found our dream home! He began working with the seller's agent, doing his magic, making sure we got the best deal possible. He worked with us every step of the way and through every detail...inspection, financing, appraisal and negotiations, until everything was signed on the dotted line. All the while this was going on, we were trying to sell our current home in Northern VA and weren't having much luck with the agent that we had. Sal stepped in and we were able to gracefully get out of the contract with that agent and Sal took this transaction over as well.
