WE SOLD OUR HOUSE IN UNDER 48 HOURS, OVER LIST PRICE!!! We have used Sal as our realtor two times to purchase homes and one time as the seller. Sal was referred to us by friends who had a great experience with his expertise and so have we. Sal is a: -Great communicator -Organized -Experienced -Great negotiator -Has connections for services To go into some detail on the above: -Sal is a great communicator that is very responsive. From setting up a walk through of a potential property to helping navigate the process of buying and selling homes. He always joyfully answered our questions in a timely manner which helped reduce stress during an already stressful time. -Sal is organized. He knows the whole process from buying and selling homes so he was always two steps ahead of what was expected next. This organization kept our timeline moving on a steady clip. We sold our house in less than 48 hours and closed before our set closing date. -Sal has tremendous experience in selling and buying homes. He was very knowledgeable with what we needed, buying a new build and selling in an HOAs. -I do not know how many times we went back and forth with the buyers from our home on negotiating the list of items that came back on our inspection, but it was a lot! Sal was able to communicate confidently what we were willing to do for fixes. We ended up spending much less money on the repairs would have been required by the buyers if Sal would not have been such a good negotiator. We also sold our house over list price! -If you are selling your house Sal has an arsenal of connections for any home improvements that need to be completed. His references show up when they say they will and do a great job for a reasonable price. This is HUGE for the selling process. It allows you to not spend time calling loads of contractors hoping they show and then weeding the contractors out. His referrals are quality. I could write a book regarding Sal's professionalism and just his general overall work ethic because he is just that good. We heard about him through family and friends in the area that we were looking to buy a house and he was quickly on board helping us find the "perfect" place for us meeting all of our needs. He wasted no time in setting up schedules and days that fit into our plan, for us to travel down to the area we wanted to move to, for us to do walkthroughs of the homes we wished to see. After only two trips, we found our dream home! He began working with the seller's agent, doing his magic, making sure we got the best deal possible. He worked with us every step of the way and through every detail...inspection, financing, appraisal and negotiations, until everything was signed on the dotted line. All the while this was going on, we were trying to sell our current home in Northern VA and weren't having much luck with the agent that we had. Sal stepped in and we were able to gracefully get out of the contract with that agent and Sal took this transaction over as well. He was so convinced that we were meant for our dream home and he wanted to see that happen for us as much as we wanted it to happen ourselves. Well, needless to say, he put as much or more effort into making that sale happen as he did into making the buying of our new home happen.
